Chocolate is where our bar menu starts. The Chocolate Martinis are $19 and come in Classic, Espresso, Raspberry and White Chocolate. No. 19 at $26 is our signature version of it, and if you cannot settle on one flavor, six mini chocolate martinis for two is $57.
The pairings are the reason people bring visitors here. The NY Pairing Collection at $44 sets three New York wines, Cayuco Brut, Cabernet Franc and Riesling, against three chocolates we make in house: passion fruit white, dark pistachio and milk coconut. The Rosé Experience at $42 pours sparkling, dry and still rosé alongside Jacques Torres bonbons. If you would rather taste wine on its own, the $33 Wine Flight is a tour in three glasses: Le Petit Silex Sancerre from the Loire Valley, St. Francis Pinot Noir from Sonoma and Bully Hill Cabernet Franc from the Finger Lakes.
Cocktails are $17. The Lavender Martini mixes gun powder gin with Cointreau and prosecco, the Fiery Mezcal brings prickly pear and jalapeño, and there is a Chocolate Manhattan and a Melon Margarita for either end of the spectrum. Mocktails are $14 for anyone skipping alcohol. Beyond that the list runs deep for a bar this size, from a $13 Keuka dry rosé by the glass to Warre's Warrior Ruby Port, with bottles from the Finger Lakes, Veneto, Provence, Chablis, Bordeaux, Mendoza and California.
