Education drives his passion for wine, with certifications from both the Wine Spirits and Education Trust and The Court of Master Sommeliers. Currently, he is pursuing a B.S. in Business from CUNY SPS. Torey is a passionate leader eager to bring the culture of beverage tableside.

At Ayza Wine & Chocolate Bar, we celebrate New York’s rich diversity and vibrant spirit. Our signature pairing of fine wines and gourmet chocolates offers a unique indulgence for wine lovers and sweet tooths alike.
Since 2007, Ayza has been in the heart of Manhattan, steps from iconic sights like the Empire State Building.
We offer semi-private tastings for small groups at our restaurant, with capacity for up to 35 guests. For larger parties, we’re happy to bring the experience to your location. We can cater the same tasting packages off-site, and there is no limit on the guest count when we cater externally. If hosting at your own venue is more convenient, we’d be glad to accommodate.
