Private Parties: Park Avenue Private Lounge
For a unique experience curated just for you in the Nomad Neighborhood, just north of Madison Square Park, The Marmara Park Avenue Private Lounge & Penthouse; a landmark, 21-story building that dates back to 1927, now breathing a new life into holiday parties. Modern and multi-faceted, chic and elegant.. It’s the perfect place to experience your holiday party.
The penthouse has an open-air terrace, can comfortably accommodate cocktail reception style parties. You can enjoy your holiday party both indoors and outdoors while we spoil your guests with chocolates and wine. It will surely put them in holiday spirit.
Semi-Private Parties – Ayza Midtown
AYZA also offers a semi-private package if you are a group that doesn’t need the entirety of AYZA.
Take our romantic Midtown location. It has a cozy layout with a bar, red decor and romantic lighting. Your guests will mingle and enjoy chocolate and wine. For medium size groups (25-50) we have a heated tent and blankets (though you won’t need them) outside so that you can be outside without feeling the winter.
Each guest receives from the highlights of AYZA, from the tasty dishes such as Angry Chicken Lollipos, Shrimp Dumplings & White Truffle Pizza. Add to that an open bar of wine and refreshments and chocolate truffles and you are sure to have one happy party.

Star of the Show: Chocolate Fountain
The star of the show for a lot of AYZA Holiday parties is our chocolate fountain. Anyone with a sweet tooth loves chocolate fondue and your guests will definitely take a liking to dipping their choice of snacks. More foods than you thought imaginable go well with chocolate fondue.
We will make the biggest chocolate fountain station available in New York for your holiday party. You can choose the complementary items to be served with it; fresh fruits – strawberry, pineapple, banana, raspberry, marshmallow, pretzel, brownie..
And then dip it in you chocolate heaven!
Somm-Guided Wine Tasting
We can also add a Sommelier-Guided Wine Tasting to your event. Wine can be intimidating, mysterious, and challenging. We can include a mini course where you’ll learn how to taste, enjoy a selection of wines and their pairing options.
Our Sommeliers Zaf and Irem, work closely with our chefs to create a wine list that complement your menu and enhance your event from beginning to end.
