We offer a Tasting Workshop at AYZA Midtown every week. This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to learn more about Wine & Chocolate, to gift and treat yourself and your loved ones to a memorable experience.

Our tasting workshop celebrates our two favorite flavors, Wine & Chocolate. 3 different chocolates are paired off with 3 glasses of different dry or sweet wines. The entire tasting will be led by a sommelier and wine educator who will provide group and individual guidance.

During the tasting you’ll learn the fundamentals of wine, wine tasting and wine appreciation, which will start you on the road to critically judging wine color, aroma, flavor, and body. You’ll discover the meaning of such wine concepts as dryness, acidity, fruitiness, tannins, varietals, vintages, and more.
