Our Christmas tasting at AYZA West Village on Sunday December 21st at 4:30 pm is a one-of-a-kind opportunity to gift yourself and get into the holiday spirit a few days before Christmas.
Our Christmas tasting celebrates our two favorite flavors, Wine & Chocolate. 3 different chocolates are paired off with 3 glasses of different dry or sweet wines. The entire tasting will be led by a sommelier who will provide group and individual guidance.
During the tasting you’ll learn the fundamentals of wine, wine tasting and appreciation, which will start you on the road to critically judging wine color, aroma, flavor, and body. You’ll discover the meaning of such wine concepts as dryness, acidity, fruitiness, tannins, varietals, vintages, and more.
